everytime i kill this card it just respawns, theres nothing i can do
No it doesn’t.
Razorboar has a deathrattle that summons a Deathrattle minion costing (3) or less from hand.
So if your opponent has a Razorboar on board and another one in hand, and no other cheap Deathrattle minions in hand, then killing the Razorboar will summon the one from their hand. Killing that second would stop it, unless your opponent managed to get even more copies of Razorboard in hand.

How is it respawning? Are you doing classic and your opponent used Ancesteal Spirit on it or something? I assume not since you appear to be new.
