I can’t see my ratings after games in battlegrounds Duo or singles, it stays 0 since the update. Can someone help me?

I have this same problem. Have reported it twice. Both times they just told me to report it again.
Same issue,
note I do see a change in rating when I win or lose but my current rating stays zero.
