06-06-21 - on my Android phone app when playing the game, I was 1 game in ranked standard away from completing the weekly 2500 xp quest. I played and won 2 games in a row but got no completion, no gold, no rank stars. After shutting down and trying later, I lost a couple games and then won in ranked and the progress was counted for 1 win at that time. I never got the progress for the previous 2 wins in a row. Is this a new bug in the mobile game version? Are you able to verify these events and then add the star ranks, etc. that I missed then due to this glitch?
I see there are several other posts in the Bug Report forum with similar issues of ranked wins not being tracked. Will this issue be addressed? Customer service claimed they could not help with this issue and pointed me to ask for help here … still waiting for a response and solution.
