i have submitted three tickets to blizzard and they sent me here for help. I cant find the topic listed so guess I am the only one experiencing this. For me ranked rewards stopped after laddering to gold rank 5. when I reached Platinum 10, 5 and then diamond rank 10 - all I got was one random card. The new rank system says that I was supposed to receive decks and cards for the first time I reached those ranks (this is the first time I have reached those ranks as it is brand new rank system). So how do I get my rewards if blizzard ticket request doesn’t get them for me and yes I have restarted the game and logged in on different devices. They aren’t there.
do you mean the rewards that are put in your end of season chest?
are they for the end of season? reason I ask is because for the first few ranks I received them immediately. ie I was able to open the pack rewards and received the cards immediately. ie since this was a brand new season and the rank system was brand new - when I hit silver 10 I got a new expansion pack and 1 rare card, when I hit silver 5 I got three cards and one new expansion pack, when I hit gold rank 10 I got a new expansion pack and a classic pack plus three rare cards. same for gold 5. after that - all I got when I hit platinum 10, 5 and diamond 10 was one rare card.

if you scroll down you will find whats the first time reward, and whats the end of season reward. you can compare the list to you rewards and check if the missing rewards are actually your end of season rewards.
Thanks for the help. The list provided from the link differs (or is very misleading) from rewards list that you scroll through in game. the rewards don’t match each other
There is currently a lot of confusion with the rewards, because there are two different sets, independent of each other.
First, there are the end of season rewards. They can be seen by going to your quest log and then clicking the chest. Typically, you get a pack for every “colour” you progress, and 2 rare cards for every halfway point (rank 5 within a colour). You see an animation of the reward being added to your chest, but receive nothing.
These rewards are part of the new rank system and will reoccur every month.

And second, there are also special rewards that are given on reaching certain ranks for the first time ever. As this description implies, these rewards are one-time events. But of course, this month they do coincide with all the new “regular” ranked rewards for most players.
These special rewards are added immediately, and NOT added to your chest.

Hi! I am also encountering this issue. I just noticed today when reaching rank Silver 9 directly from Bronze 1 - I think. The animation indicates that I have the rewards (inside the quests menu), but I received nothing. No card pack and no random cards. And this was happening last season too, but I didn’t bother to search for it online…
The animation shows rewards being added to your chest.
Your progress screen shows the chest, with information about rewards at each level.
You receive the rewards at the end of the season, when the chest opens, the rewards are added to your account, and then rank and chest reset.
Ok, thanks for clarifying. I guess I will have to check if I get something at the start of the new season. Anyway, it’s pretty unintuitive, the way they implemented this idea. I’m surprised to see this kind of confusion created for the user inside a Blizzard game.
