I opened seasonal ranked reward chest , cards didnt show up in the collection and packs also disapeared.

Did anything odd happen after opening the boxes? Did you lose your connection, did the game crash, etc?
No i just opened the chest and its showed me what i got after i didnt have the packs or cards from it

same here - claimed rewards this morning and the 3 new expansion packs didn’t show up, even after a client restart.

Same here, got the new Rank and couldn’t find the packs
I’ve just had this happen to me with the last season rotation with the new Arena. Did you ever figure it out?
Was this for the May monthly rewards, or for an in-progress Arena run that was forcibly terminated due to rotation?
