Hello, yesterday when i logged in from my phone, the ranked rewards from last month popped up (i hit legend in wild),then later when i wanted to open my packs, they were not there. I saw this happened to others before, is there anything you can do about it?

It’s my understanding that anytime you’re on a reward screen, the reward is claimed automatically behind the scenes. Tapping on the boxes to reveal their contents is just cosmetic.
It works this way deliberately, to prevent item loss if you disconnect.
So I would guess that you did receive those rewards already. One easy way to check for this is to see if you have last month’s card back.
I didn’t open a single pack, after i logged in, (as i mentioned didn’t appear in the “open pack” so somehow something went wrong. I got the card back, but honestly i don’t really care that few pack, just for future issues. (A little bit you made me think i am crazy and forgot right after i would open them, but i don’t think so haha ).
