Ranked game cannot progress?

I am currently in a ranked game and it seems my opponent cannot play any cards. Additionally, the turn clock that limits the amount of time a player can take seems to not be working. We are just stuck sitting here on my opponents turn and he is unable to play cards.

This is in response to an issue that players see where it appears that the opposing player is holding up the game in some manner. Often it will appear that they are holding a card above the battlefield, purposely preventing the timer from starting. This is a disconnect issue. In other words, you disconnected and never reconnected. Your opponent most likely continued to play, until you roped out a few time and then lost.
