Help I made a new account and I can’t complete any daily or weekly quests I went from apprentice rank up to regular Bronze 10 without any Rewards Track exp because the Quests did not progress. Thank you for any answers.

i have the same issue, I’m a returning player and my quests are not progressing and i don’t receive battle pass exp , my dailies and weeklies and also welcome back quests stopped progressing

same problem here. I am also a returning player. Get no xp in PvP mode and cannot complete any qurstions. I just want to play normal game mode but I cannot gain any XP currently. I guess it a bug for returning player.

same here. started playing again (mostly BGs) a few days ago and after completing the first comeback quest, i get no progress for the “standard” quests and for the exclusive BGs quest. contacted customer support, but they cant help and redirected me to this forum. at least i am glad that its not a problem on my end. hope they fix this soon

Same is happening to me. Blizzard told me they can’t fix it and to just post on this bug forum in hopes someone from the community can fix it.

Hi Blizzard it’s already a new patch and you guys are not doing anything for new and returning players please fix the progression for Daily, Weekly quests also track our wins in Ranked since I have been stuck at 53 wins. The loaner decks also disappeared so I cant avail of the free deck. Fix the damn game Blizzard.

Have same problem 7 days old. Daily and weekly quests not able to complete, progress exp. not achieved after ladder matches.

how is this not fixed yet? it’s been a week or two for me (maybe longer for others) that the Returning Player Quest Part 5 is bugged and blocking all account progress - battle pass, ranked wins, all quests, etc.
not even acknowledged on the sticky post of known issues…

Will this get fixed? Game is still not working. Virtually unplayable with no quest progression, XP and more. Please help with this Blizzard! I am surprised there hasn’t been a post by Blizz on this after WEEKS. I’ve spent a lot of money on Hearthstone over the years.

Got an update on this: Just talked to Nicholas Weiss aka @hsdecktech on twitter. He said the team is aware of this issue and there is a fix coming in the upcoming hotfix.

dont know about that one. i also bought the tavern pass to quickly grind some skins, but got no use of it until now. Btw: Also got confirmation, that the bugfix is coming “very soon”!
