since we do not have a replay feature you’ll just have to bear with my description of events.
I play Etheral Oracle
I then play Prismatic Beam
Prismatic Beam RESOLVES
I DO NOT draw a card from Etheral Oracle
An enemy death rattle procs
Death rattle kills Etheral Oracle.
Why is it I do not draw the cards on a spell burst card when a spell RESOLVES it wasn’t negated it wasn’t interrupted I just didn’t get the spell burst effect
Spellburst triggers after the effects of a spell resolve. You cast prismatic > minions dies > deathrattle kills oracle > oracle is no longer on the board to check if a spell resolved.

After the spell, there are two abilities in queue to be triggered at the same time:
Deathrattle minion
Oracle spellburst
When two things are meant to trigger at the same time, the priority goes to the one summoned first.
In this case, the deathrattle went first and killed the oracle, which then was no longer alive for the spellburst.
If the oracle was summoned before the deathrattle minion, I believe the spellburst would have gone off first.
Edit: scratch the last part. Deathrattles will always trigger before spellburst. The summon order only applies to same priority effects like two simultaneous deathrattles or spellbursts

For replays you can use Firestone. It has a Replays tab. It saves everything for free to their server.
This is certainly true if both effects are the same, for example death rattle.
However, with different effects certain effects take precedence. For example, if it was a battlecry it would clearly resolve first.
I think the more correct way to think about this is, spell burst is a trigger that will only proc after the first spell and all its consequences resolve. This seems more natural, since then we don’t have to define an order on all possible effects
To conclude I don’t think your statement is true, even if the order changes, the death rattle is a consequence of the spell and must resolve first before he spell burst can

Yep, just tested it out against the innkeeper. Deathrattle effects take priority before the spellburst can trigger, regardless of summon order.
But yeah, if it’s the same kind of effect (two spellbursts, or two deathrattles, the order will be in terms of when they are summoned).

And if they are summoned together, from left to right, because autosummoning is from left to right.
I may be partly guessing here, correct me if I’m wrong.
Yeah, mass summons typically go left to right as the official order. It’s more noticeable if you get something that buffs summoned minions afterward, as everything to the right of it will get the buff.
