Question about rating in arena

So i noticed after you play arena now you get this rating and also i havent unlocked underground yet need one more win.

Is this rating going to be both for underground and normal and arena and also i am assuming your rating goes up and down.

I wil probably go read some of the info blizzard has here on the site but does anyone know off hand how the rating works ?

No, only Underground will have ladder rankings from now on

Oh but when i played normal arena it showed me a rating also.
