My character got stuck after starting this quest, the machine started shooting electricity, fire etc. but my character was unable to move, getting knocked down constantly and unable to move, with the message saying “You are stunned” or something. Logging in and out did not work so I abandoned the quest. The map showed the icon for the quest, however the NPC to accept the quest is nowhere to be seen. I can see it on the map but I cannot find the NPC to accept the quest. Not visible on the minimap at all.
