Pyramad not triggering Titanic Guardian

So I have been playing Battlegrounds and I tried to use Pyramad and his Buddy.

Titanic Guardian states “when a different minion gains health, this gains it too”

So I decided to play Murlocs, they boost and have health rise alot. But when Id use a battle cry or just the static boosts of the murlocs, my Guardian didn’t gain health.

I tried using Titanic Guardian with the pirate minion Defiant Shipwright and Titanic didn’t gain any health.

I also had it gain health with the Hydra that gains health with Beast’s and it didn’t work… Im not sure wtf is going on
