Puzzle Lab Missing

Puzzle Labs isn’t an option for me in Solo Adventures. I only have:

Practice
Book of Mercenaries
Book of Heroes
Ashes of Outland
The Witchwood
Kobolds & Catacombs
The Frozen Throne

It seems I’m missing:

The Boomsday Project
Rastakhan’s Rumble

I believe both of those are supposed to be free and available to everyone. If anyone could shed some light on this for me I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
