All I can say is that you seem to be doing it 100% correctly: just the necessary cards, all of them, and nothing else. So I have no idea why you’re not getting the ?-card. Maybe DK Rexxar messed up the third duel, but I can’t find anything for the first 2.

I change the deck to standard and got it with no problem.
