Hi, I recently purchased a bundle of Battlegrounds hero skins in Hearthstone, but I’m unable to select or use any of them in the game. They appear to be missing or not showing up in the hero selection screen.
I’ve already tried restarting the game and checking my collection, but the skins are still not accessible.
Could someone from the support team please help me resolve this issue? I’d really appreciate any assistance or guidance on how to fix this.
