when taking a battleship from terran with Priest Puppet Theater, even though it say it has all the pieces, less than half of them actually trigger. had this issue several times
The terran pieces activate their effect on launch
Getting a full starship in your hand and playing it is not launching it, their on-launch effects have no reason to trigger
They have some pieces that have an effect on launch and battlecry, that should be these that you see activating
