Protoss need a MAJOR nerf…this imbalance is astonishing.
People are lazy to learn new cards, so they want them OP and the Devs indulge them. That in essence is the reason of powercreep.
These new decks are absolutely clunky because they don’t work without finding the cards that make them work,
so they’d be absolutely worthless playing them after they nerf them (which will happen at some point).
Hello Dk Zergs and Terran Shamans.
Affter they nerf zerg and terran (specially shaman) sure buddy whatever nerf you want.
I wonder how mad this person will be when Protoss rightfully recieves buffs next patch.
And it did lol Void Ray buff coming haha
Haha yeah. The incompetence of the balance team strikes again.
oh yeah its real fun to play a nice close well fought game only for my opponent to drop back to back colossi and wipe out my board and my hero. gg blizz well done guess this is the first season im not getting the card back reward 8/9 games have been this silly crap
Clearly the designers don’t even understand the factions they created. That buff does nothing for Protoss Mage. Protoss Mage should NOT be playing that minion to begin with. The location was the clear card that needed buff. Either add an additional effect or drop the cost 3 maybe even 2.
Is this sarcasm?
If not, what protoss deck seems OP to you? Besides the Druid hp stuff, which i’m not sure it was intended…
If you lose when they drop colossi the game wasn’t close. You were just delaying a loss.
They do.
Mage has 10% playrate with literal junk.
Either people get mature enough to not play mage when It is junk or the trend Will continue.
No negotiation…
imagine they gave the voidray a deathrattle, your next location costs 2 less
that would be cool
good point. this is true indeed.
What balance team? No such entity exists.
That doesn’t change the fact that Void Ray should NEVER be played in Protoss Mage. It destroys the tutor pool.
Doesn’t really matter anyway. That so called “Buff” was a complete joke.
So… nerf everything?
This unironically. They seem to have the theory that the players will self-balance the meta.
It’s pretty dumb: it explains why across dozens of netdecks only 2 or 3 are oppressive.
Those people need to seriously invest on formulation and simulation tools,
but it’s mostly an Art-oriented studio and don’t even know what I said.
The only time I ever felt like Protoss was busted was when a Druid dropped 2 3/4 charges on turn 2. I haven’t seen one in like a week though.
Then again I’ve only played like 3 games every other day and mostly have been enjoying Battlegrounds when the absurd RNG of standard becomes too much.
Alot more than what we got, that’s for sure.
