We have already seen the original Sylvanas Windrunner in the legacy set now, and now they are remaking her as Sylvanas, the accused for all her crimes done while under the Jailer’s Rule in the Shadowlands. Let us review what we know:
Sylvanas Windrunner: 6-mana 5/5 “Deathrattle: Take control of a random enemy minion.”
Sylvanas, the Accused: 6-mana 5/5 "Battlecry: Destroy an enemy minion. Infuse (7) Take control of it instead.
for name sakes: Sylvanas, the “Infused”: Infused “Battlecry: Take control of an enemy minion.”
Thoughts or opinions on either?
I mean the new sylvanas may just be used a conditional card. It can be used for something that high minion removal or make it so resurrect of the certain minion is reduced. Like Rogue or Priest.
I haven’t seen the card, but it seems incredibly weak, isn’t there a rare or common 6/5 deathrattle destroy random enemy minion in standard that sees zero play?
Probably won’t see play even in arena it’s an inferior card to many common options. In standard it’s not even a joke.
Oops just realized they removed the randomness. Hmm in this case it’s a difficult card to evaluate, I believe its power will completely depend on the meta. For example, it’s a great utility card in ramp druid, but ramp druid is like a t4 deck after nerfs… So.yea.
