Problem loging in on main server account

Yes, it’s the same error everyone is reporting on the forum. “Your game timed out as it was requesting data from the Hearthstone utility service. Please relaunch Hearthstone to reconnect.”.

As I am a developer, let’s go through the steps I followed:

1 removed all Blizzard and Battle.net folders from Local, Local Low and Roaming;
2. I reinstalled Battle.net and Hearthstone;
3. I changed my DNS resolvers, just in case;
4. I redid the login process multiple times.

In neither case did anything work. I can connect with my account in the EU and Asia regions, but, well, my data and cards are not there. It seems to me that there is some serverside error, especially in the account data, but it would take some goodwill from the team to investigate this.
