Yes, you should still be eligible for twitch drops even if you purchased the bundles
If you have pre purchased the Mega bundle, it can only be redeemed once per account. So if you were to win a mega bundle code you would not be able to apply it to your account, you would have to gift it to someone else or create a new hearthstone account to apply the code to.
So yes you can still win it, but Mega Bundles are only eligible to be applied once per account regardless of how it was obtained.
But in reference to the twitch drops where you get packs for watching, anyone can get those as long as their accounts are linked to to their hearthstone account and they are in good standing.

Apologies. I thought the twitch drops were just packs like i’ve received before. if the twitch drops are of the bundles, then this is correct and you won’t be able to get additional bundles
