I tried pre-ordering the new bundle for the expansion coming this Tuesday. My problem is it took the 50$ and didn’t give me my bundle. I read somewhere I have to wait for 72 hours but I also read somewhere that I should just get a refund. Can someone clarify if I should wait or refund immediately?

For account/purchasing issues like this, you should open a support ticket.
Blizzard won’t cover mobile related purchases/issues since its not on their side but on google play’s. That’s what they told me through the ticket. Should I file another one?
No, I don’t think so. You would just get the same response.
I suppose your only options are to contact Google Play support, wait and see if the bundle shows up later, or dispute the payment with your card company.
