But I’m right in this case (shocking, I know). And you are wrong. Right now I’m trying to see if/when you will admit it. So far all you’ve done is deflect the topic, and attack me for no reason, which is admirable, and sad, and might make you feel better in the short term, but it’s really no way to live. Own up to your mistakes, it’s the only way to learn. I believe you can do it!
So what? Your first doompost in this thread also didn’t have anything to do with the topic, and I’ve proved it to you.
Are we having double standards now?
As usual when you read something logical which conflicts with your emotions. It’s always easier to just block the conflicting stimuli and continue the old way.
You are trying to reason with one of the biggest hall monitors currently on the forums. Good luck with that.
Because I play Wild, He thinks I never play Standard.
Because I no longer grind, He thinks I have never been Legend.
(Literally hit Legend just last month, and have done it at least twelve times, and in both formats, lol.)
Fair warning: He considers himself infallible, so I hope you know what you’re up against.
I would talk about my rank if it was one of the worst in the game just the same
But the fact that a bunch of you here don’t accept high rank as an indicator of knowledge about the game is just silly, and it’s one of the reasons you are stuck where you are.
Are you not aware how ridiculous this sentence is?
Dude everyone knows that in every other post of yours you keep repeating exactly what rank you are and how many stars you have. You don’t have to repeat it every time; everyone knows who is a regular; it shows you care more about showing off that conveying useful information.
If you want to learn something useful about how to show off better to others: stop giving more weight to your rank: it’s more impressive that you have 11 stars because that’s what the Devs rewarded based on MMR (well you do play all day long which isn’t admiral but still).
I think I understand it perfectly.
I don’t believe it invalidates the Op’s claim, though.
The top 200 are still the top 200. So what?
The people from diamond 10 to legend play on average, much worse than they had to in years prior, but they still achieve the same ranks because the game no longer rewards thoughtful play as much as it once did.
That will never affect the top 200.
Brian Kibler will still be Brian Kibler.
And how, pray tell, does that disprove the claim?
It’s a sidebar at best, and seems like a cheap attempt to insult me.
I can play every mage deck, you know.
The fact that you assume so much says far more about you than me.
The game is dumber now than when it was conceived.
That too, is a fact, and your grade-school level wit does not change it.
That’s not a block. You’ll keep replying to me, telling me for the 100th time for the same hour a) what is your rank today b) that you have 11 stars c) that you are beneath us and you are only here to give us your glory.
When the truth comes out and the bully has nowhere to go, they pull the censorship card; the defamation card; the card of lies. It comes to show how “not fragile” they were deep down before they had the urge to tell us 8 times a day a) what rank they are and b) how many stars they have and c) that we are beneath them.
Well, I get the attempt at implication, but I want you to show me one example where I have ever bullied anyone.
The only thing I am truly guilty of is being repetitive, as I only play one class, and so have less to talk about than most.
That isn’t intentional. It is an unavoidable consequence.
