I was playing a game in arena and as i attacked face to win the game the minion started moving to attack but then the game froze, and after a minute i thought at least i should disconnect and reconnect and hopefully win on the next turn, but then it still wouldnt let me reconnect and after a few minutes it said unable to reconnect to game, and when i entered the arena lobby after this, i had the same number of wins as before the game indicating it was deemed a draw. Is there anyway i can get this win, and more importantly i felt it my duty to report as the timing was extremely suspicious and may be the result of some sort of hacking from my opponent, and only you would be able to see if this is happening with this player. It was the 4th game in my current run (20/11/2024) vs a hunter, i think the name might have been grajama or something similar. Please tell me if you have done anything about this, thanks!
This isn’t really possible.
As far as we know, there is no way for your opponent to “hack” your game. It simply isn’t possible.
There have been cards that cause the opponent to lag/disconnect when played. But Blizzard is usually very quick to discover these bugs and temporarily ban the cards, so this is unlikely to be the case in your situation.
Plus, you said it happened on your turn, so clearly it wasn’t due to a card your opponent played.
All in all, I think we can just chalk this up to an unfortunate lag/disconnect on your part. Such is the nature of online games.
Blizzard does not keep records of games. I would be quite surprised if they did anything at all about it.
