Not to much say here other than I finding plot twist to be a bad card even at decks like darkest hour warlock.
It can get better in future but it just isn’t a worth to use to try to find any card because it does not Mulligan your hand.
You can still redraw a ton of cards that were at your hand before and because of that it is just bad.
Even at decks like darkest hour warlock you should just have more card draw or even renounce the darkness/raafam.
The only good thing of it is trigger draw effects and it not have to much use for now.

Once warlock gets another cheap board clear like defile plot twist will be more usable.
Plot twist into nether is awesome, but that’s 10 mana and at that mana, you’ve already drawn a lot of cards and probably don’t need to twist.
However, I see twisting at 4 mana for a very strong clear like defile for 2 as super usable.

and why is this bad ?
i guess you wanted this card to discard your hand when you play it but i think its fine as it is …
did you try it late game to search that one board clear still left in your deck? or with elek to add more cards to your deck when you have 10 or less cards in it ?

Maybe you’re just not using it right?
Soularium + Plot twist can be quite good

Redraw does not have to be bad, sometimes its good. But its a weak card, there is little point in shuffling your hand for 2 mana and a card. Betrug and morrigan are to little to late. And for finding combo its also not good as you can put back in combo pieces as well. The shuffling itself is the combo and that has to give some advantages. More advantages then the 4 heal from the taunt (not an particulary atractive minion for its cost either) and betrug/morrigan/dolmaster.
It’s in the wrong class is all.
Many have tried to make it good (lord knows I have). It could be, with more support. It’s not right now.
It’s a really cool mechanic. Here’s hoping Blizzard gives Warlock better cards so this can be the centerpiece of a viable deck.
I have tried it since I got Zayle.

Depends. Plot twist has some weird and interesting synergies with cards related to draw. But it’s god-awful on its own and does practically nothing in the wrong deck - I used to use it when Hourlock was new, only to realize I was honestly better served with a Death Coil nine times out of ten.
Like Demonic Project, it’s two mana to lose card advantage, while once in awhile being the exact thing that wins you the entire game. Nobody can decide for you whether a two-mana mulligan is worth it, only that sometimes it’s exactly what you need and other times it’s not.
Actually, I had a fun idea for a Miracle Warlock: stuff the deck with all charge minions and then Betrug. Get all your charge minions in hand, Twist with Betrug, and then go face. But at that point, might as well just play Mechathun, right?
Because you can redraw cards make it somewhat worse if you simply want to use the cards for fishing, but if you intend to use it to combo its decent, combined with good deathrattle/rush minions if you intend to use the 8 mana warlock legendary or the 5 mana neutral legendary, for me it doesn’t feel that good because there aren’t that many deathrattles that can be used offensively and are relatively cheap but maybe with the updated 8 mana legendary that went to 6 it can be more decent.
I had a game last night where I played Betrung, then Plot Twisted into Morrigan, who I traded with and pulled a Batterhead
Viable or not, I love this card

You are seriously undervaluing this card. Currently it doesn’t have the right amount of synergy but that can change in a heartbeat with one expansion and 1 or 2 cards. This is a sleeper card that will be around for a while in standard don’t forget.

Same… Which is probably a good way to determine how good a card is. If I like it, then its probably not very good at all. Fun as hell though for the memer!
its underwhelming because it doesn’t really help you get a wombo combo faster. It could help you find reach but for an Agro Warlock its usually better to just Life Tap and keep spamming stuff to the board if you don’t find your reach. Its hard to find an ideal list where you can get good value from plot twist. Its a powerful effect but it doesn’t have much support to make it busted like that effect is in MTG where you can potentially turn lands in hand you don’t need into real cards. Hearthstone doesn’t have much of that because most cards that would be dead draws just don’t make the cut to begin with so you are not cycling dead cards into live cards.
It is going to take a lot more cards in the pool and a galaxy brain to create and play an optimal list for Plot Twist to reach its max potential.

I believe the card is a sleeper right now, because there are already cards that have good synergy with it, most notably Dollmaster Dorian and Betrug.
What makes me even more certain of this cards potential is my own experience with it: I didn’t build a deck with it, but I got the Warlock deck when playing the tavern brawl and I’m telling you, Dorian + Plottwist on turn 7 absolutely won the me the game.
Obviously things are different when playing on ladder, but still … with more support this card will be deck defining, I’m sure of it
If Warlock had better spells Betrug/Dollmaster would work in Midrange Warlock. It’s crazy how bad the pool can be when you “discover a demon” or discover a spell" in Warlock.
If Warlock had better healing Plot Twist/Elekk could work in Control Warlock.
Maybe Plot Twist needs the added effect of drawing 1 card.

I use it mostly because of Aranasi Broodmother. If you Plot Twist 2 Broodmothers twice, you get a potential 24 healing out of them.
Plot twist is a deceptively powerful card.
It lets you try again to find key removal tools that you may need. It also lets you fish for combos you may need to end the game or stabilize the board.
You aren’t seeing much of it more due to the fact that control warlock is hideously weak right now since it lost all of its potent healing tools it was riding on at a time where direct damage is extremely high through bombs, magnetic buffs, and hunters being strong.
Plot twist is pretty much fine as is, handlock is currently just unable to get a foothold due to how easy it is for decks to kill them.

I think Plot Twist is pretty devalued in Warlock since it’s hero power is draw. It’s a good card for fishing for that card you need, but as a Warlock you’re fairly likely to have a copy of any 2-of card in your deck by T5 anyway.
