Paladin deserves to be buttom tier because of murloc paladin.
For what it’s worth, since it’s a 1 cost spell it’ll be even easier to generate on demand. Control Shaman’s already run two copies of cobalt spellkin and highlander runs 1 copy because their 1 mana pool includes earth shock. Now they can just get devolving missles as well from it. Expect to see the 2 mana version as well in generation decks, especially control quest shaman.
