Please for the love of god undo the DH nerf

I despised the DH meta, I really did, hated every minute of it. But guess what Blizzard? After you nerfed DH toxicity, you unleashed the far more toxic dragon priest.

Wow, gee, who could of seen that one? Ummm… maybe anyone who actually PLAYs the game. Maybe you should force your own developers to endure a minimum 2hrs of playing your awful meta a day to really let it sink in.

Just. stop. nerfing. the. wrong. thing.

Stop playing wild. Problem, one of them, solved.

which ones wild again? is that the better balanced format? i really can’t tell the difference between wild and standard anymore, other than that wild is maybe a smidge better balanced.

It’s a standard deck.

What rank are you at? I have NEVER seen a dragon priest. Its Either DH or DK at plat 8.

It’s a more difficult deck to play, so I’m not shocked you’ve not seen it at those ranks.

It’s going to slowly conquer the entire meta as people become more familiar with it.

It’s already raking at high ranks.

I’ve been saying it for a while…

Standard desperately needs a massive, massive power nerf. Across the board.

Without it, nerfs are just going to open the door to something else that’s miserable to play against.

Currently, at best we will get metas where every deck can blow you up at around the same turn, so it’s “balanced”

But yeah… dragon priest overlords were bound to be the next thing with the DH nerf. They were already basically the best deck.

Not thast it really matters but i am playing in top 2K of Legend. It’s a Zarimi priest deck. A bunch of 1 cost minions that buffed when played then dropped Zarimi and Timewalk for two turns in a row and finish the oppoennt on turn 5 or 4 on the coin.

It’s a very popular deck and the only deck holding it back was really DH.

Yup yup we need massive nerfs, i will mention a card that is insane but no one mentions and it is another one that dissuades board. Threads of despair. Talk about a board clear.

Grimewalker into crop rotation though i dont have as much of a beef with this ine cause it takes two cards and six mana, especially compared to warriors clears, like safety goggles into sanitize, even an unforged sanitize.

Rogue though rare can highroll into 3 or 4 8/8’s on three if they go second. They usually go off on five which is a lot more easily handled.

Hunter’s saddle up this expansion is way more toxic than when treant druid had soul if the forest going, but also not as bad cause of how powerful everything is. And no one plays hunter so i guess it aint that bad.

We still have turn four and five otk from shaman.

Priests zarimi is so broken that druid prays to get it from their get two dragons spell.

Do i dare bring up warrior or warlock pretty much deleting any other class from having a late game.

Edit: i left priest out cause we know how broken it is after dh was nerfed

I just jumped to the Priest bandwagon. Was about time.

If I can’t win a mirror matchup more often than not, it means I’m not good enough. That’s a decent amount of information to go from.

Beats being countered by every deck on the ladder and scammed every game.

Threads are annoying, but playing Priest against DK brings me back to classic hearthstone where you wanted to play your minions on curve, but you also wanted to bait out removal first.

The only difference is now you don’t play a minion on curve, but your whole hand instead xDDDDDDDDDDDD

In Wild you die on Turn 4-5.
In Standard you die in Turn 5-6.

That’s the difference

Welcome to the light side

I’m about 800-ish right now in US Legend, maybe we will play each other soon

No, we won’t  Not that soon, anyway xD

I was too slow to jump on the bandwagon. I forced sludgelock when it was obvious it’s no longer functional and dropped to 3k on both EU and NA

I’ll need a couple of days to get back to triple digits xDDD

Gl to both of us!

Also, I don’t have Priest on NA. I only have sludges and Shaman without Fizzle xD God knows how long it’ll take for me to hit triple digits again there :frowning:

14 400 dust is way too much for an aggro deck. I only started playing on NA last month, hit 77 with sludgelock, then 100 at the start of this month, and then it all went downhill

I’m all for nerfs at this point. They need like 5 consecutive heavy nerf patches to most classes to bring the absurd power creep down.

It’s ridiculous that we’re at the first release of a new rotation and the power level is where it’s at.

Most of the problems we see are cards left over from the previous year and the extreme power creep. The newest expansion is a good power level but is being overshadowed by last years cards.

They’re allowed to nerf older cards as well. It’s not like we’re not stuck with them another 2 expansions and 3 mini sets.

Or, nerf everything. We’re at that point.

I’ve been saying it for a while now. We could use something similar to a stat squish in WoW for HS. You can have WOW cards that sell without all the power creep. It would take some work, tho, which I’m guessing is the problem.

Funny thing is that actually allowed for more deck creativity as you weren’t doomed to die on turn 4-8 by every meta deck.

So yes, please for the love of God bring some of that back.

People were mass predicting that Reno Warrior was going to make the meta toxic after the DH nerf. I guess they were not right.
