I’ve dealt damage to him in the first run down to 180 ish something,
Then when i went back he was bakc at 300 and i had the heartsonte relic so i downed him to about 197 this time and used the heartsone, then after the tavern he was back at 300 and i raged conceded.

plz help ???

Yes, this is a current bug. Blizzard has acknowledged it in this post: Small Client Update: 15.2.2
They’re working on a fix, but no expected date has been given.
