Pity Timer not working

Have today purchased Arrana Starseeker bundle for cost of $26. Have opened all 20 packs ans opened a pack ealier today. Not happy no legendary at all I thought it was at least that I would get 1.

This game is becoming more and more expensive to keep up with have been playing for years. I remeber an article a year ago stating the algoritihm had been changed to stop people getting the same cards over and over again and give more cards in packs that people do not already own.
I can also report this is not working. Many packs I opened had 2 of the same card inside. After openinh have now been left with 5 of the same card many times.

I want this fixed or my money back.

It’s 40 packs for the pity, not 20 packs.

The duplicate only applies to the rarity. If you have all of the uncommon card for the set, then you will start getting duplicates. Packs still have to obey the rarity distribution rule.

Blizzard employees don’t typically respond to bug report, especially when the community can correct incorrect reports.
