After opening more than 10 packs of Whizbang Workshop for the first time, i did not recieve a guaranteed legendary.
You’re certain you never opened whizbang packs before?
Not even when those packs were given as quest/event rewards, eight months ago?
If you browse your collection and filter on that expansion, do you see any legendaries?
and if im not wrong , normal and gold packs don’t share same pity timer
