What’s your rank? The higher it is the less you expect to see a warrior (or it’ll be a disguised rogue)

Well…

At your rank probably.

Reality is that pirate warrior is so braindead that the lack of actually needing to learn to play makes It popular.

But it’s a Very medíocre deck in performance.
Just build a handlock and wipe the floor with they.

It’s that easy.

actually quest warrior beats handlock easily just saying

Acually if you play Hand Lock properly Quest Warrior doesn’t stand a chance, just saying.

I feel for ya, I hate playing the same class multiple games in a row, it is very dependant also upon where you are at rank wise as far as what decks ya see

That view is proof that you lack know how.

You should get a coach.

The skillcap to make a handlock beat pirate warrior is about as mediocre as casting two spells with a manacost to get the most 0 mana copies instead of bronze plays making the same play but floating 4 mana casting the same copy twice for no apparent reason.

Lots of bronze plays are just inefficient plays that make 0 sense, that people pat themselves on the back for not making. Randomly floating 4 mana vs doubling up on free tamsin copies is like the first 101 thing people learn to do with the deck past bronze.

Except that is exactly where you’re wrong.

It is a medĂocre deck but a mediocre deck that almost auto plays itself optimally.

The fact that It wins games enough to get popular only shows that most people are bad at playing hearthstone to a point that it’s a problem for the game.

You’re just another one of those ppl who think rank is the almighty deciding factor of whether or not ppl get to have fun. If you’re low rank your opinion doesn’t matter and your fun even less so. This community is just as garbage as the game has turned into.

That or you could hear people that actually beat that gigantic wave of pirate warrior players.

I not like the deck.

I would like to see blizzard never do anything like It again too because It ruins low rank players experience and learning progress.

But It isn’t overpowered and nerf It will not profit anything good.

I dont know, but in my opinion, quest warrior is the most healthy deck (in standar). It plays for the board and realys on it, because of that it can lose to any deck. You can out tempo it if you play a aggro/midrange deck, or you can stop it and out value his deck if playing a control/combo deck. IMO it would be nice to have more decks like pirate warrior in the meta.

Your fun matters just as much as anyone else’s. However, it’s best to balance around these decks being used as close to optimally as possible.

As for Quest Warrior, I believe it should be reduced in power, perhaps, by increasing its quest activation fee. In my opinion, a deck with a skill ceiling as low as Quest Warrior should never be as powerful as Quest Warrior is currently.

If you’ll slow down a bit and stop aggroing you’ll re-read everything that community wrote in this thread and will understand, that you statement

is completely wrong.

It does matter. And if you like the game overall then these are good news for you - the higher you climb the less warriors you see around. But if you just want to whine a bit and don’t really care about anything we say, please go ahead, why not.

To be fair, no one is giving actual advice. Instead people are, more or less, telling these players to get good. This is counterproductive and unhelpful. Instead, offer to spectate, or examine replays, or something. Don’t just rag on players because they’re still learning and are (often beyond their control) ignorant.

@Valkyrie, what deck are you using? If you want, you can post that along with some replays for the helpful users here to aid you.

IDK How much It is a problem by design and how much It is a community problem.

If anything It highlights that there is actual skill Gap in this game by actually letting players experience the “what If there wasn’t” until a certain point of the ladder.

And when we look the community Is dangerously non competitive to a point were PW dominates most of the ladder.

It’s kinda of why It should not be nerf.

I think the collective feelings and fun of players (namely low ranked ones) matters a lot. While the stats certainly don’t show cause for nerfing Quest Warrior, if it is ruining the experience of so many players, it might just be problematic.

I’m on the fence, honestly. I don’t run into many Quest Warriors. I do empathize with those struggling against it. And again, I feel decks with such low skill ceilings should not be as powerful as this.

You are actually right, btw. On the other hand as I was the first to answer, I’ve expected OP to return and try to advise something (like in that topic with rogues, I think you were there as well). But there’s no answer yet.

All good. I didn’t mean to seemingly call you out. I think we can all probably do with being a little more patient and more willing to advise.

Sure but…

If they said blizzard to close the servers blizzard would do?

It isn’t that their feelings not matter.

Just that you can’t Twist reality to fit whatever you feel.
And their reality is that they getting better at the game is the actual solution.

If blizzard actually nerfs It will be a question of time until people floc to the second deck with lower skill ceiling and the situation will not be better at all.
So when we stop?

Also hear that only causes the inverse.

By validating something that is wrong you Just make people who actually put effort into it invalidated.

Therefore each time the numbers gonna be more severe since you’re 100% screaming for people that they should stop trying and let blizzard nerf everything.

Reality is that the community has to get over It by itself or this will never stop happening.
