Why is the Pirate Warrior still the easiest and best quest line deck in the entire meta. I’ve been able to beat and lose to many different types of decks over my short time on hearthstone and I have quite a good grasp on what’s good and what’s not. So I am here to ask and plead to the people of blizzard and the hearthstone community to push for a nerf on this deck. There are just too many things that make this deck TOO GOOD. The warlock quest was in the same position at the beginning of the meta but it has been nerfed and re-worked many times and it was unplayable up until the last expansion. I don’t think I’m the only one that believes this other than the people who themselves have a pirate warrior. If this continues I will abuse the meta and build one of my own just to prove a point to blizzard. Nerf this deck please. Nerf the quest make it harder to achieve. Do something. It’s just ridiculous because I beat every class with my current decks, EXCEPT for the PIRATE WARRIOR literally never. Thank you if you read this and if you support please spread. Have a nice day and fix your game
There were some leaked nerfs one being the quest requiring more pirates to activate which seems to be a sizeable nerf
I would cry tears of joy and we could all rejoice lol

Says something when it takes such a hugely expensive deck comprising around 8 legendaries just to stay competitive against pirate warrior.
i dont understand this rant …is he complaining about the nerf to the second step not being enough to kill the card ?( this thread was made 7hrs ago and the patch notes were posted on the forum over 20hrs ago)
I assumed he just missed the patch notes and didn’t realize the Quest Warrior nerf.
Libram Paladin was just the example he used, but you seem to have completely missed his point that there’s nothing outlandish about pirate warrior’s power level. It’s a deck that feasts on bad decks and less skilled players and is very common at low ranks.
Should they nerf a deck that is objectively of middling power among meta decks and leave alone stronger decks because many players at low ranks are feeling bullied by it? Blizzard thinks so, but it’s not the same thing as nerfing a deck for being too strong.
This deck will eat pirate warrior’s lunch and contains 0 legendaries:

Card rarety doesn’t relate to how good they are
Show me one bad legendary card in that paladin deck.
How about you look at the patch notes.
Then close out this thread.
Even so.
It does not matter if a deck counter runs 1 or 30 legendaries. Having more legendaries isn’t a indicator of power level, so it takes no “8 legendaries to beat pirate warriors”. It just takes another strategy.
If legendaries carried decks by themselves, Pirate warriors would run more of them.
Show me one bad rare/common card in Pirate warrior or Libram Paladin. Cards are run because of how effective they are in a deck, not because of their rarity
If legendaries aren’t special then make the dust cost 40 and let us run 2.
