Arena. Pilot shredder summoned no one and I had a 2 mana creature in deck
Piloted Shredder doesn’t summon from the deck, s I don’t know why you think that’s relevant…
However, the board state before and after the Shredder died, what cards were played leading into it, etc; are relevant. Explaining in detail or link screenshots or a replay would be a good start.
Then next game piloted shredder dropped a 5 cost pit fighter
Do you have screenshots of when this happened?

Piloted Shredder has been in the game for a long time and has been played very often (espeically now that it is back in the Arena card pool). Yours is the only report on this, so if this is a bug then it must be due to a very specific set of circumstances, that can only be reconstructed by knowing exactly what was going on in your games. (And if you overlooked something, then that too would become clear if you can share more information).

Are you sure you don’t mean Piloted Reaper? It’s a similar card but it summons from your hand instead of generating new cards. If you had no cards that cost 2 or less in your hand, it’d summon nothing. If you had a Pit Fighter in your hand with a discount of 3 or more, it could summon that.
