Many players like watching hearthstone esports and are there not for the packs but to enjoy the grandmasters there are a number of players who just type drops and its really annoying,
Its one thing to type the command once if you want information about it but to constantly spam the comand for me it is just to better to ban those people or put them on time out for a long time as in truth they are disrupting the stream.
They didn’t even give packs after 5 hours of watch time though, over a day later. Yes, I know that !packs doesn’t work anymore, but the new system must be bugged because it doesn’t work.
