This is a visual issue. Progress is still correctly saved on server.

The crown / checkmark issue has been reported and is a Known Issue:

• There is a visual issue with Chapter 2 – 5 showing the crowns for heroes that have beaten chapter 1 instead of the actual progress for chapters 2-5.

Ensure to search first before posting to reduce duplicate issue threads.
