Refreshing Spring Water IS one of the cards being nerfed.
How do I know this? Well, I still had the Mana Refresh Achievement I still had to tick off for Mage, and for ****s and giggles I crafted a Spell Mage to get the achievement. The achievement did not flash on the screen after I used the second one and one generated off of a spell.
To confirm that it wasn’t broken, I did the Demon Hunter Deathrattle quest. Both the Achievement for Kurtus and the Achievement for the Deathrattles were still being tracked, with the Deathrattle quest being completed that night.
What this means is that the Hearthstone devs may have actually gone ahead and removed the quest associated with Refreshing Spring Water from the Battle Pass and had to find another card to add to the Achievement line.
