Patch 14.2 Ipad crash

After installed last patch, HS crash everytime.
Launch game – Crash.
Re-installed but nothing.
Any suggestions?

  • Which iPad are you using? (iPad Air, iPad 4, etc.)

  • Which OS version is installed on the device?

  • Have you updated through the iTunes store to the latest version (14.2)?

  • When the game launches, does it download any data or does it crash at the “Blizzard Entertainment” logo screen prior to loading anything?

This is also happening to me iphone 6 crashes at the blizzard logo the display switches so the blizzard logo is facing the wrong way then just crashes

This is happening to me as well. iPad mini, iOS 9. Crashes nearly instantly at the logo screen. Tried to restart iPad and change wireless connections. Still instant crash.

Same issue on iPad Air running on 9.3.1. Instant crash on the Blizzard logo. First issue in over 5 years.

Same here.

iTunes download
Won’t load past Blizzard logo.

Previous versions worked fine.

newest HS update! via iTunes.

Games is closing after launching! At the “Blizzard Entertainment” Logo Screen.

Can you give us any update on the issue? Many of us are experiencing this still and have not heard anything back.

iPad mini 3, iOS 9, SAME PROBLEM. Pls be aware many iPad and iPhone users will not update to a bloated iOS that will, for many people, slow down their devices, and that they have heard is buggy. If you no longer support iOS 9 please just say so.

I have an IPad 6 on 12.3 and the game crashed on start up and literally crashed my iPad to where I’m sitting at an apple store getting a replacement.

We need some kind of update.

Bump on this issue. Very frustrating to both be unable to play and be receiving no response on the issue.

Will Hearthstone run on an iPad mini any longer or is a mini 2 or newer required now?

Please do not reply to a thread which is specifically about version 14.2 when the current release is 15.0.

That being said, system requirements are published here:

In the iOS category, here is the list:

iPad® Air™ or newer, iPad® 4 or newer, iPad® mini™ 2 or newer, iPhone® 5 or newer, iPod Touch® 6 or newer

It does look like iPad Mini is not supported, sorry.
