Packs not opening

I am currently unable to open packs, when I place a pack in the opener, it pops up 5 card backs but will not flip over to reveal, have closed and opened client, but unable to resolve issue

I was able to open the March of the Lich King packs but not able to open my standards packs.

[Updated 12/6] We have addressed the bug with Standard Packs and Class Packs and have reenabled Standard Pack opening in all regions except for CN (which is expected to be up shortly). Class Pack opening will also be reenabled in all regions shortly.
