The following happened in a game of Duels, so I cannot speak to the workings of this card in constructed.
I played Overseer Frigidara, expecting to draw two spells. Instead, it seems to have just pulled the next two cards from my deck. Both cards drawn with it were minions.
The only thing I can think of is that I was playing against a bomb warrior. The first card drawn was a bomb, then a minion, then a bomb, then a minion. Perhaps it counted the bombs drawn as spells, and then proceeded to just draw the next card in my deck? However, I’ve never seen the mechanic function like that before. In my experience, cards like bombs, scroll of wonder, etc. simply don’t count that card.
bombs are spells. everything is absolutely correct and it has always worked like this

There are five types of cards in Hearthstone; Spells, Weapons, Minions, Playable Heroes, and Locations
A Bomb is not a Weapon, a Minion, a Playable Hero, or a Location, ergo it must be a Spell.

Yep. The bombs are spells. Whenever you draw a card that casts itself when drawn, you draw another card to make up for it. That’s why you drew the minions.

I had the same card bug and only draw me one card instead of two lost me the game

Frigidara draws spells. Did you have two spells in your deck?

I am also having this issue, happened a couple of times before. All of my spells are frozen, Frigidara sometimes only draw 1 spell card or no spells at all, as if nothing happened.
