When equipping Outrider’s Axe as Warrior in Wild games and casting Punch card and killing multiple opposing minions with one blow, only one card is drawn instead of the probably correct outcome of drawing one for each minion slain.
Attacking, in Hearthstone, is a specific action where the attacking character lifts off the board and collides with another character; trading their attack values as damage. You only do this to the minion your hero originally targets. You didn’t attack those other minions, they were damaged by Punch Cards effect; so they won’t trigger the weapon’s effect.
This isn’t a bug.

And yet Sul’thraze with Punch Card gives you extra attacks when it overkills the Punch Carded minions?
Why wouldn’t it…
Overkill does something when you deal more damage to a minion than it has health. It doesn’t care how that damage is done.

There’s nothing silly in reading a card’s text
Outrider’s axe : After your hero attacks and kills a minion.
You only attack a single minion, regardless of how many minions you damage without attacking them
Sul’thraze : Overkill : Deal excess damage on your turn.
Overkill works regardless of how you dealt damage as long as it’s from the card with that text, and weapons inherit hero’s enchantments

well, think of it this way, after your hero attacks (COMMA) and kills a minion would allow for my interpretation to be correct. I mean, it doesn’t say “After your hero attacks a minion and kills it.” it says “after your hero attacks and kills a minion” what if my hero attacks and kills 3 minions at once?

Your hero has to attack the minion it kills for the conditions to be met
You’re saying yourself that your interpretation would be correct with that comma, but that comma isn’t there, so the sentence has another meaning. Sure if you change the meaning of the sentence then it means something else.
