If the general theme is too sombre, I’d suggest Dvořák’s symphony No. 8. It’s rather lyric/optimistic compared to most of his other works:

well, brutal day at work today - so for today it´s what i´d call the best album of all times, but it´s certainly not for everyone. But it´s really impossible for me to listen through without letting go of well, everything that griefs me. It´s a catharsis only really great art can provide.
