Orch-estra bug appears in battlegrounds when triggers the battlecry in combat, wich gives the minions on the enemy board the buffs instead of your own, please fix this.
Orc-estra says “Give a minion +2/+2”.
It does not say “your minion” or “a friendly minion”. It only says “a minion”.
So, this is working correctly as written.
This is not a bug.
