if hs dont give us an option to turn off the game animation, then hs will be dead in 1 year.

Hearthstone has been dead for several years, no one plays it at all anymore. The game doesn’t even have an official forum or esports scene anymore and there haven’t been any content updates in over 8 months.

It would be nice as an option for mobile users. I’d like to play more than 3-5 games, depending on the mode, before the game becomes unplayable.

At this point a way to disable animations would have a huge effect on win rates. No one would play with them on, because you could get a lot more done and you’d have more time to think during your turn if you could turn them off. So any serious player would have them off by default. And Blizzard puts a lot of effort into the animations so they really would like you to watch them (over and over and over again).
The animations suck up a lot of processing power especially on mobile. After a few games my iPad hearthstone becomes sluggish and unplayable. Also, after watching the same animations for hundreds of times, I don’t find it novel and fun, but just annoying. I play with sound off cos at least there is an option for that.
Also, some animations take too long (pen flinger, OMY, druid guess cost of card for the second card etc).
It would be nice if Blizz could tone down on this. Judging from the threads in forum, people are concerned about power of cards, RNG, cost of game, power of decks and classes, new sets or mini sets, rank vs casual, xp and reward tracks etc. I have never seen anyone arguing whether an animation should come from left or right or whatever. I personally don’t care and wish they will put their efforts elsewhere and not make their games more and more clunky.
I can’t even play the game on some older devices anymore (which I could in the past before things got more and more bloated).
the updated dancing deryl that gives 3 buffs is boarder line unplayable. We really need animations to go, completely. They say they are used for balance, and then do things like ban stealer of souls from wild anyway. The truth is they are just to lazy to write the code, I can’t believe I still spend money on this broken game.
up we need an option to disable these animations please.

Sometimes I was forced to play Hearthstone in awful crappy hardware, the option to turn off animation will be very welcome in that situations.

again if there an option to remove animation they might as well just disable it completely cause everyone will do just that. it would be a clear advantage. what you asking is for a lot of devs to lose their job on the art team so you dont have to buy a better device! lol
That is just not true, people with good hardware and connection will prefer a better looking and fully animated game instead running like a potato, an option like this only will benefit the ones can’t have or afford good hardware.
I don’t know where you live but outside developmented countries hardware is very expensive and for many people crappy laptops or integrated graphics old systems are the only option.
everyone would remove the animation if possible cause of rogues animation that bleed into your turn. it also would make pirate APM in battlegrounds VERY VERY VERY strong. no one want these animations but thy are part of the game. LITERALLY no one play hearthstone for the graphics lol
Enjoy playing against APM mage with no animations. Or any ‘miracle’ deck. It sounds good in theory but the animations actually buffer the amount of plays you can make per turn which is actually a good thing in some ways. In a game where you can’t literally do anything during the other player’s turn removing animations would be a massive advantage to specific builds/playstyles.
