Onyxia of the Void impossible post card nerf

While playing through the puzzles in Book of Mercenaries - Mage Section - Onyxia of the void I hit a roadblock during puzzle 6 due to the recent nerf to the card “Snowfall Graveyard” which increased the mana cost to 5 (previously 3) and thus it is impossible to complete due to insufficient mana to execute the intended solution.

I also have this bug with the snow cemetery card which costs 5 mana, while on all the YouTube walkthrough videos it costs v3 mana. I am therefore unable to finish my adventure here.
disgusts. Please Blizzard do something

It isn’t a bug, sadly. The latest patch changed Snowfall Grave’s cost, and for some reason the puzzles use the latest text rather than just being instanced to the version they were made with.

If this is due to a patch and not a bug, they just have to fix it (another patch). They can’t leave things like this, for all the people disgusted by not being able to close their adventures.
They can also, if it suits them, make sure that the snow cemetery card only costs 3 mana only in this adventure to solve this problem. It would be completely illogical to let
things as they are (a buggy adventure that is impossible to complete, frustrating players).

Someone posted this in the bug forum, so hopefully it will get fixed. Or if there is some actual alternative solution they will tell us.

I don’t understand :interrobang: It has just had an update with many additions and bug fixes, but they did not think to resolve the problem with the snow cemetery card which always costs 5 mana preventing the
success of the breaker head 6/8 Void Onyxia from the Book of Mercenaries. It’s heartbreaking :sweat_drops:

Why is not priority. The game have an impossible adventure to be completed, all new players are having the same issue is been 8 months and nothing happened

I am only guessing, but it doesn’t create any revenue, and it will take money to pay someone to fix it. They have historically been very slow to fix bugs in old single-player content

i recently finished book of mercenaries and heroes. i found the follwing in a reddit post.

Play in this order: lieutenant, boar, preparation, graveyard, sheep, teron, backstab on a sheep, coin, coin, boar and then kill the boar with the 1 mana spell."

if you haven’t, try that.

I know that there are several bosses from old content that you have to figure out alternate strats, because some cards aren’t playable currently, and/o card costs, stats etc have changed. i dug around old posts on youtube reddit, icy veins and others to help work them out.

i don’t remember if it was 6/8 or 8/8 that took many attempts mostly trying to get good deals at the start. GL HF
