if its too hard to balance, just keep casual duels, and stop adding new expansions to it

Im using up my never used tickets while the mode is still around… I had a stockpile of 9 of them lol. down to 2 atm. every heroic run had no more than 1 win lol… heroic is just as broken and unforgiving and WTFrack headache inducing unreal steamroll.

It was originally standard only. They turned it into Wild fairly recently.
So they’ve had opportunity to restrict the card pool and didn’t. Many cards have been cards have been banned.
Yet still every class has a viable archetype, my favorites:
Bomb Warrior
Frost Mage
Dragon Druid
Discard Warlock
Fel Demon Hunter
Spells Priest
Overload Shaman
Blood DK
Paladin Silver Hand
Mech Rogue
Elise (Priest + Druid) Deathrattle
Reno (Rouge + Mage) Burn
Finley (Paladin + Shaman) Murlocs
They are deleting it because they can’t profit on it. Just like how they deleted Classic. You only need 16 cards to build a deck and some of the mentioned archetypes rarely need new cards.
Its been wild far longer than it was standard
Who plays casual duels?
The whole purpose, as mentioned above, is lack of ways to monetise the format. Heroic duels have more players, and is also monetised already (just not enough for the bean-counters, apparently) so if anything its casual that should be canned.
Balance is the least of their concerns in duels, its supposed to be busted (more so than even wild is). IDK where you got that idea from.
casual i can actually reach more than 2 wins in a run sometimes. lol. also I dont use any premade decks when i make a deck as i lack nearly half the decks when i try to as they are usually all rares an higher and mostly legendaries.

Let duels die, enjoy it for now because if they actually put blizzard “effort” into the mode it would turn into the abomination BGs and Mercenaries has become.
Reallocating resources to other areas of the game is the reason they gave for deleting it, not balance. Even IF balance was a concern, which they made no mention of in the official announcement, it would be worthwhile spending the resources on balance IF it was profitable to do so. Its all about money, nothing else. They clearly arent generating enough revenue from the format, so they’re canning it.
The only business purpose of casual duels was to seduce people into playing heroic duels, where they actually spend gold.

Says yoiu. Just played an 11 win run and didnt have any problems finding opponents. 10 an 11 took a bit longer, still under a minute, but below that was no different from ranked play. Been playing duels quite a bit lately, bots destroyed wild completely for me, Im not not great as I am noobish, but average between 5 and 6 wins over the 20ish runs. Never had issues sitting in queue. If it is a ghost town, I would be waiting above 3 wins. Not what I see, nor reality.
That answer makes no sense, since the single player content is not making money, why isnt it being deleted?

And solo content makes money, with 0 upkeep costs, so its ALL profit.
(heroic) Duels has a buy in, and is still not worth them putting resources into. So its not raising enough revenue to keep the format alive, unlike the solo content which is always a profit to Blizz, even today.

There are very few free adventures. Only 1 to my knowledge, KotFT. Get with the program.
