I’m scouring through the official Card Library while researching class mechanics, and I figured I should document the irregularities I’ve encountered while I’m here. They’re all pretty minor and don’t reflect any in-game issues to my knowledge. Most of them are Druid related (Choose One causing issues it would appear).
I’ll go class-by-class:
Death Knight
- Helya has the Shadow spell tag. The plagues do not, so I’m not sure if this implies that they are meant to or if this is simply an error. My guess is the latter, given the other plague-related cards don’t have this issue.
Druid
- Disciple of Eonar has the Nature spell tag.
- Druid of the Reef doesn’t have the combined Shark-Turtle form under Related Cards.
- Druid of the Flame doesn’t have the Choose One options listed for its Firecat and Fire Hawk forms. The forms themselves are listed, but other Choose One cards have the options as they pop up in-game as well as the resulting minion listed under Related Cards.
- Boomkin, Nightshade Bud, Kun the Forgotten King, and Shan’do Wildclaw don’t have their Choose One options listed under Related Cards.
- In general, it seems the Core Set versions of Choose One cards are missing their options under Related Cards, though other tokens and forms are present. This affects Living Roots, Power of the Wild, Wrath, Feral Rage, Nourish, Druid of the Claw, Ancient of Lore, and Cenarius.
- Runic Carvings is missing its Choose One options and Treant Totem tokens under Related Cards.
- Wisps of the Old Gods is missing its Choose One options under Related Cards, but the Wisp tokens are present.
- Splintergraft is missing its 10/10 token under Related Cards.
Hunter
- Mr. Bigglesworth is listed under Related Cards for Animal Companion. This one may just be an Easter Egg, which I appreciate if so! Confirmed by CheezusCrust that this is a Naxx interaction.
Paladin
- Spikeridged Steed has a Warlock border and is missing the 2/6 Stegodon token under Related Cards.
Rogue
- Apothecary Helbrim doesn’t show any Poisons under Related Cards.
- Heistbaron Togwaggle doesn’t show any fantastic treasures under Related Cards.
That feels like enough for now and should be pretty much the extent of Druid in particular. If I run into any more I’ll be sure to document them!
