Ongoing Server Issues iOS

Currently on iOS there are a set of glitches and disconnects happening for players particularly on SE devices and “older” devices going back to 2021 or earlier seemingly. This began around 2 days ago.

The commonalities include:

  • The shop is not loading at all, it shows up totally empty.
  • Entering matches of any kind results in repeated disconnects that can only be resolved by reloading the game, not by attempting to reconnect.
  • Editing your collection, seeing your quests, and entering games works normally.

This suggests a compatibility issue in a network/auth/shop validation path rather than a general game performance problem. The app doesn’t crash as is common with game performance, just repeatedly times out during matches and fails to get the in-game shop. It likely works on load and then fails somewhere down the chain during play.

I have seen many people on Reddit posting with the same issue so I wanted to place it here. Thank you!

Never fixed the issue and from their answers, they don’t intend to invest or fix the issue on the mobile app

We should try at least, I can’t go to the shop to open packs or anything, it is becoming unplayable, although you can solve the several disconnects by soending a bit of time doing nothing before a game.
