What are your favorite, recent fun decks – non meta?
I made a Control Paladin that I’ve been having a ton of fun with lately. She doesn’t do half badly in Casual. What are you playing lately that’s fun, different, or enjoyable?

I like dragon, so my go-to meme deck at the moment is dragon mage. You can play it like a normal minion-centric midrange deck with the traditional Conjurer combo when opportunity rises.

Can you really call it meme when that deck is #5 on HSR (r5 - Legend)? Off-meta fully agree but meme seems a bit strong.
As for my favorite deck right now @OP that isn’t common (off-meta) I’d have to say Big Shaman.

My go-to meme deck! I’ve hit r10 using this exclusively twice, and have won at r5 while dicking around a few times.
The idea is to aggresively complete the quest, play portal for infinite imps, and then reload hand and renounce darkness. This plays perfectly well as simply a lakkari quest deck, and you can’t be afraid to discard renounce; it’s perfectly capqble of winning with or without renounce, although you CAN get it back with spulwarden(added bonus being the extra renouncable cards soulwarden puts in your hand)
The memes renounce darkness grants are truly immeasurable. Each card being duscounted by 1 leads to combos you will find nowhere else, you can renounce into duplicate legendaries, and of course, you have a steady stream of imps lending strength and control to the gameplan you land with.
Of course, since all cards are discounted by 1, you have the option of making EXTREMELY powerful plays- but, if you’re too aggressive, you can easily play through your entire hand in q few turns. This is where Deathwing, the one non-renouncable card in the deck, comes in. Deathwing is often a COMPLETE surprise, and after blowing your entire hand with the aim of expending your opponent’s control options, is often unanswerable! He fills the role of finisher AND a board-wipe you can count on no matter what the renounce gods grant you. After playing Deathwing, your portal will additionally spawn two demon buddies to share the board with!
I love this deck. Note that I have crafted Lakkari Sacrifice, Jeklik, and both Renounce Darkness in gold

I gotta play some more games with it, but it is adapted from the Standard version I played during Rastakhan meta.
I enjoy the midrange deck that is able to go control with the Frost Lich Jaina. You want to play out minions Turns 1-6 to survive, with tools like Daring Fire Eater, MC Tech and Dragonmaw Scorcher (!) then you hit later game and swing it around with a Summoner, Lich King, FLJ.
Keleseth into Zola is just nuts. Jan’alai might not be the most optimal card in the deck but I find it a very fun finisher. Arcane Keysmiths can provide some clutch secrets, to get more value from copies of minions with Duplicate, Frozen Clone, Splitting Image, or countering opponent with Counterspell, Spellbender. You have some elementals in there if you need them.

I never liked the decklists that popped up for Odd Hunter, they seemed too all in and reliant on cheesing out damage with Wolfrider/Arcane Shot. So I went with a Hybrid, Mech build that is more board-control based. I haven’t played this one in a while but it seemed to do well at lower ranked Wild.

I’m still enjoying my prelate/mech paladin hybrid.
I also really enjoy the thief rogue, but it’s not particularly effective
Duel Paladin is my favorite off-meta deck.
Especially if you can activate Duel with Vargoth on the board.
It’s hilarious watching the opponent having to deal with Yseras, 5/12 Stegodons, Tirions, and Bull Dozers by turn 6.
Sadly, Hunter has so much good single-target removal via Spider Bomb shenanigans, Freeze Trap, and Deadly Shot that Dueladin can hardly get any traction against them.
