Happens both on mobile and on my pc. If I use another account it works fine. So it seems the problem is just on my account. Maybe some old run I had?

Not sure if anyone else plays primarily on an iPad, but—not surprisingly—they have similar issues. The Hearthstone menu option is grayed out and the Shop is Closed. I can enter the Battlegrounds main menu, but no buttons actually work, including the ‘return/previous/back’ button, forcing an app kill to return to the main menu.
I am experiencing the exact same as Screenshot #2.
Still persist on Americas Server.

i had the first screenshot one, this one is fixed, i can see classes now in arena:3 ty
I’m experiencing the same issue as screenshot #2. As with others, I’m returning after a long time away from the game. Everything else works, but Arena hangs. Happens on both desktop and mobile.
Wow! I had the issue in the second screenshot for a long time and it seems to be fixed now. When I click the arena, the UI doesn’t glitch anymore and I can start a run. Thanks!

Hello! The issue on the second image (Arena menu lot loading) persists. Everything is unclickable and the circle is just loading.
Do you guys need to unglitch accounts case by case? since MattFisher’s client seems to work properly again, the problem still persist on my americas account
We’re working on a permanent hotfix in an upcoming patch, Kesh, but we’re also manually reviewing accounts of those reporting this issue here.

Hello, I have the same issue on the second image. I’ve been playing Battlegrounds but returned arena after a long time.
Same issue here. If I click around and hit some specific spot I can get my game to look like the second image above. Old returning player on EU.

I just came back to Hearthstone, Stuck like the second picture when I click Arena. Fix it please
My acccount is not working, just came back to Hearthstone and downloaded it. And when I press Arena it is getting stuck on that loading screen. and after a while it shuts down
