I have the same issue as Devijin above, I am on the NA servers.

Thank you for this info, BobSled. Are you also returning after a long absence/re-downloaded the game after a long time away?

Yes, first time Iā€™ve launched in many years. Itā€™s as if an old arena instance was still running from ages ago. When I mouse over the screen, I can hear the sound queue for where buttons are supposed to be. I can even click on 3 of them (that I found) : the arena rewards explanation, the arena rules and the ticket buy menu (but this last one is also bugged out). In the arena rewards menu, It says I have one loss in the current run (even though I havenā€™t played in ages).

Same issue here. EU server, and coming back after a long time (7+ years). Hope this helps!

I have the EXACT SAME issue as BobSled described, nearly to a T. First time playing again after a long time away. I am on the NA server. Able to play any other game modes fine. I would add that this issue definitely seems related to the account, not necessarily the game client, since I am able to reproduce it on mobile too.

Hi, I have the same issue on EU after a long return. Any updates on when this will be fixed?

I am also having this issue for the America region. When trying to load the Arena mode I get stuck on a screen like this (imgur com/NXZdsbC) with the ring around the star slowly spinning. The log file writes the following error at moment of entering arena:

E 14:58:50.0175122 DraftManager.OnError - UNKNOWN EXCEPTION - See server logs for more info.

While stuck on this screen I can still move my mouse around and hear some of the buttons that should be there in the Arena UI and also click some of them leading to some UI pop ups in the loading screen from the image.
One of the buttons leading to this screen (imgur com/gKVfcdk) is also writing another error to the log file:

E 14:59:09.5360447 DraftManager.OnError - You cannot start a new draft while one is in progress.

So it would seem that the cause of this issue is an old active Arena draft that has not been correctly ended for accounts that have been inactive for a long time. (I havenā€™t logged into my America account in years. Can also start Arena on Europe and Asia with no problem)

I have the same Problem, also on US Servers. When i click around quick enough, i can see UI Artifacts with a reward box from an older draft i think. (not fully visible)

I play on EU normally, everything works fine there

Hey im on na but play on eu i am a returning im having this issue on both mobile and pc i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice the issue persists

I have the same issue as well. Arena menu not loading visually, but I hear the menu artifacts stuck behind the launch menu endlessly. Iā€™ve tried the repair tool, emptying cache, uninstalling/reinstalling the game and still no luck. NA server, havenā€™t logged on in a while.
