Not recieving option to re-roll duplicate legendary

I purchased the Druid Imbue bundle from the shop to get the Signature Hammul and associated commons, however was not given the pop-up to re-roll my pre-existing Golden Hammul I already owned.

The purchase was made on phone for reference and really feel kinda scammed here, only really bought the bundle after accepting that i’d get another legendary but well here we are.

This implies that you were informed that you’ll get another legendary.
Do you remember where you saw that information ?

The duplicate protection system allows for re-rolls when acquiring a higher rarity version of a card, such as getting a golden version from the rewards track and being offered the ability the re-roll the non-golden version. This also applies to cards bought in bundles as i’ve been given the option to re-roll in the past. (An exception to this is purchasing the mini-set)

… if the higher version is not disenchantable.

Officially you are only prompted for reroll when you receive a non-disenchantable version of better quality than a disenchantable version you own

Signature Hamm is a disenchantable card, which doesn’t qualify it for a reroll
Which is why I’m asking where you got informed that you’d be offered a reroll

Right, I was basing my info off previous experiences, which I swear ive been able to re-roll simply after getting a higher rarity regardless of disenchantability, guess I was wrong, makes me look kinda silly here.

In light of this I do think this should be changed slightly that if you purchase a higher rarity version from the shop you should be given the option to re-roll the lower rarity you already owned.
